I am a dedicated NAR Member with a diverse professional background, bringing a unique blend of skills and experiences to the real estate industry. Now in my fourth year of selling real estate, I am committed to bringing clarity to the often complex and unique problems that inevitably creep into many real estate transactions.

 

I work tirelessly to leverage my strategic thinking to help my clients achieve their goals, always striving to exceed their expectations. I have been a resident in our northern Colorado community for the last 30 years. I am a graduate of CSU and have a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer Science. During that time, I raised two children in the nearby mountain and Fort Collins communities. I currently reside in town, but maintain a strong connection to mountain living through friends, former neighbors, and my continued ownership of mountain property.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, I served as a software engineer for 6 years and have spent 16 years as a GIS analyst. My career began with a distinguished tenure in the U.S. Army, where I honed my discipline, work ethic, and problem-solving abilities. This rich background gives me a solid understanding of technology and data, which I use to provide my clients with valuable insights into the real estate markets for a competitive edge when buying or selling real estate.

 

I am passionate about continuous learning, always seeking out new skills and tools to better serve my clients. I constantly aim to be proactive in my approach, to anticipate my client’s needs, and place them in the strongest negotiating position possible for any situation that may arise. I have a deep love for nature and the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy all things outdoors, especially hiking, fishing, camping, running, snowshoeing, skiing, and just about any other activity or outdoor adventure I can find. As such, physical fitness is key to my active lifestyle.
